On March 29, the PeeWee AE White Winterhawks capped their season in the best way possible with a series victory over the Tecumseh-Shoreline Eagles to win the coveted Red Hats and the Bill Leask Trophy.
The boys, coaches and families would like to thank the Tecumseh Eagles for their great hospitality when the team was on the road. They would also like to thank all those from Milton's great hockey community for their support during this long playoff run.

On Sunday, Jan. 13 in St. Catharines, the Milton PeeWee AE White Winterhawks took the silver medal at the International Silver Stick tournament by virtue of a nail-biting overtime loss to the London Bandits. The Winterhawks outshot the opposition 29-22 and held a territorial advantage for most of regulation and OT, but they managed to find the net towards the end of the first overtime period.
The Winterhawks qualified for the international tournament by winning the Silver Stick regional qualifier in Alliston in November, and were undefeated in the international tourney until the final.
The boys and coaches would like to thank their families and friends for their support.
