51st Annual Gene Harrington Winter Ice Experience Tournament
Our U12 BB Blue team headed south of the border this weekend ready to play! This elite tournament doesn’t take just any team. They vet each team to make sure the divisions are fair and the competition is fierce. The team was up for the challenge!
After 4 Round Robin games, the team was undefeated and heading into the Finals against the our BB White team. After a very intense hour of game play, our boys brought home a 2nd place trophy :) Way to go!!
A few highlights from the weekend were playing in the Buffalo Riverworks outdoor arena (twice), our amazing goalie Robbie Lindsay grabbing MVP for the tournament and of course finally winning a game against our own BB White team in the Round Robin play. It was a fun, exciting and memorable weekend for all the players, coaches and parents. GO BLUE!
