The quaint little shop had seating for 45 people. Within two years the store expanded their seating to 120. In 1993 the City of Brampton had plans to redevelop downtown Brampton and expropriated the shop. Heritage Fish & Chips moved to their current location at 295 Queen Street East (Bramrose Plaza).
