With the U16 BB tryouts nearly complete, and after discussions with coaches, the board and our independent evaluators, we have made the decision to move away from a draft approach for selecting BB teams.
Instead, we will select and field white and blue teams in the typical manner. This will ensure our ability to compete within the division and to develop like-skilled players together.
We would like to thank all those who have provided input to this process. Your engagement is appreciated.
