Dryland Training - Cardio Training - NO STICK

Location: Milton District High School Track
Wear running shoes and bring water bottle. NO HOCKEY STICK. All cardio and training with Coach Kristen.
We’ll be doing a combination of walking/running the track. Other cardio conditioning drills will include sprints, suicides/shuffles and jumping jacks. We’ll be working fairly hard but will have lots of breaks and options for those who are not as conditioned.
