U5-U8 participate in one final ice time on Sat. April 1st. Schedules are posted on your regular team pages. Not on your team pages! After your game, we have booked the banquet room at MSC for your team to hand out end of season giveaways.
U9-U15 participate in a round robin tourney starting Sunday, March 26, with finals on the Apr 1/2 weekend. Schedules are on the tournament site only! These will not sync to your sportsheadz app
U16-U18 participate in a round robin tourney starting Wed. March 22, with finals on the Apr 1/2 weekend. Schedules are on the tournament site only! These will not sync to your sportsheadz app
SCHEDULE: The schedule for U9 to U21 is complete and on the tournament tab on the website NOT ON YOUR REGULAR TEAM PAGE Games will not populate on your sportsheadz app. Schedule is on the tourney module of the website only.

GAMESHEETS: U9-U21: Prior to each game, please come into the tourney office (meeting room 1 at the MSC as of Mon. Mar.26 – for games previous to that, please pop into MMHA office and pick up) and fill in your game sheet/pick up your player of the game medal. Home team is responsible for picking up game sheet for refs. If your game is offsite, please organize to have your game sheet picked up prior to your game.
AFTER EACH GAME:
Home team is responsible for getting the game sheet to the tourney office so the online site can be updated. Send a volunteer with a copy of your game sheet OR upload to the website
OVERTIME ROSTER: For all elimination games (semis and finals) an overtime roster sheet must be filled out prior to your game and handed to the refs, in case of an overtime scenario. As per the rules, every player must be used once before a player is used twice.
AFTER YOUR LAST GAME:
Ice time is limited. Please keep celebrations on ice to a minimum. We may need to curfew games if we go over schedule.
After your elimination game/championship game, please come into the tourney office (Meeting Room 1) and pick up your package of
- Trophies or Medals
- Apparel (U16-21)
- Esso Medals –(U8 to U21)
- Set of three medals per team: Most Dedicated, Most Sportsmanlike, Most Improved
- Other (75th anniversary giveaways)
Meeting rooms will be available for you to have a personal space to hand out the end of season items. Please keep in mind that time in the rooms are limited to about 10-15 minutes so we ask that you do not plan pizza, cake or other celebrations in the rooms at that time. We will direct you to a room once you come in to pick up your items.
RULES: Rules are attached and are also posted under the general information page of the tournament site. Please make sure you read and are aware of these prior to the start of champ week.
Please remember that this is a house league tourney. We encourage fair play for all players which will be strictly enforced.
PLAYER RATINGS FORM: Teams are required to submit player evaluations. Coaches, Please make sure your end of year player ratings are sent in. These are essential in helping us balance teams for next season.
BORROWED GOALIE/ EQUIPMENT: If you or any of your parents have borrowed goalie equipment, please return to Play It Again Sports at the end of your last game and fill out the return sheet with your name and team name/division. We will need to inventory it for next season.
First Aid kits and coach kits/pucks are to be returned to the tourney office after your last game.
VOLUNTEERS: If you have or know of any children in Grades 9-12 looking for volunteer hours, please have them contact us. We are always looking for extra help during this busy week.
REGISTRATION OPENING DATE: Please let your families know that registration will be opening March 22nd for U10 to U21, and May 15th for U5 to U9 (we are waiting on updated programming info from the OMHA).
Rep tryouts for U10 and up will be held in May.
