Parent Liaison: Currently requires no items
Every Volunteer MUST have a Vulnerable Sector Check Police Clearance completed and submitted to the OHF in order to volunteer with the Milton Winterhawks. Vulnerable Sector Checks are good for three (3) years. The ORIGINAL copy MUST be submitted to the OHF Screening Submission Portal by Clicking Here (do not scan or re-produce). The Milton Winterhawks DO NOT cover the cost of a Vulnerable Sector Check Police Clearance.

During the years in-between expiry, the Milton Winterhawks will need a Criminal Offense Declaration to be completed and submitted to the OHF Portal. This is to ensure nothing has changed or been added to your record since obtaining your original Vulnerable Sector Check Police Clearance.
