2014 AGM Agenda

2014 AGM 
Attention All MMHA Members:  

 Milton Minor Hockey Association will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, May 22nd, 2014 at 7:00pm in the Banquet Room at Milton Sports Center.

Agenda items for the meeting will include reviewing our association's finances, reviewing the state of the association and voting to fill available board positions.

Every parent (male and female) of players registered with the Milton Minor Hockey Association for the 2014-2015 season by the time of the start of the AGM is eligible to vote.
Families of players who are planning to play in 2014-2015 but who have not yet registered by the start of the AGM are welcome and encouraged to attend and participate in the AGM for all parts other than voting.  

Families who depend on financial assistance to help pay for MMHA registration fees in the 2014-2015 season and who plan to attend the AGM are asked to contact Lori Brading so that they may be added to the eligible voter list.

Executive Positions:

VP of Representative Hockey
VP House League  
Director Positions:  

MD Director                              
Coach Development Director  
Timbit Director                          
Equipment Director                    
Tournament Director                  
Registrar/Registration Director  
Sponsorship Director                
Player Development Director    
Senior House League Direct

During the AGM a discussion will be held regarding the pros and cons of permitting MMHA coaches to hold board positions and at the conclusion of this discussion a vote will be tabled on whether to make a constitutional amendment that would prohibit coaches from concurrently holding board positions
