MMHA - COVID 19 UPDATE
Submitted By Tanya Croke on Saturday, March 14, 2020
The Milton Minor Hockey Association is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of its members.  We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation and are currently taking direction in accordance to Hockey Canada, the Ontario Hockey Federation, the Ontario Minor Hockey Association, and the Town of Milton.  Please note that the Town of Milton has closed all Recreation, Culture & Library Facilities and cancelled all programming until April 5th.

As per the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA),  ALL on-ice and off-ice activities are immediately cancelled. These activities include OMHA Championships, League Championships, Champs Week, practices, games, dryland training, tournaments, clinics, AGMs, End of Year parties and Any Other Team Gatherings.
Unfortunately this means that the 2019-2020 season is effectively cancelled.

We recognize that many of you will have questions including what is going to happen with spring tryouts. Right now the timeline for spring tryouts will be determined at a later date and communicated to all members as emerging information becomes available.

As more decisions are made, further information will be provided as it becomes available. Please continue to check the MMHA website regularly for updates.
