Please sign the Rowan's Law Acknowledgement Form
Submitted By Tracy Gaetan on Monday, July 22, 2019
The Ontario Government has enacted Rowan's Law (Concussion Safety), requiring sports organizations to have a Concussion Code of Conduct.

This Concussion Code of Conduct must require all participants (registered players and volunteers) to review the Ontario Government's issued Concussion Awareness Resources on an annual basis.

Applicable age appropriate Concussion Awareness Resources are located at www.ontario.ca/concussions.

The OHF Concussion Code of Conduct and the appropriate Concussion Awareness Resources must be reviewed before a player or volunteer can participate.

Please fill in the attached acknowledgement form and review the appropriate resources for each player and volunteer in your family.  Each player and volunteer must sign and submit the form before participating in the upcoming season.
