2019-20 PTS -(Permission to Skate) Requests

AAA tryouts require a Permission to Skate (PTS)

Players interested in trying out for their AAA zone team require a Permission to Skate (PTS) form from their home centre (Milton).The AAA zone team for Milton players is the Halton Hurricanes.  The PTS form issued by MMHA is to tryout for the Halton Hurricanes only.

Any players wishing to attend AAA tryouts in the spring will require a permission to skate form.

To request a PTS form please complete the PTS request form by  clicking here: or on the MMHA website under the Tryouts tab.  PTS forms will be sent via email once player is in compliance with the below terms:

  1. 2018-19 Rostered AAA Players must submit a post dated cheque for 2019-20 registration fees in the amount of $695 made payable to MMHA and dated April 1st before the PTS will be released. 2018-19 Rostered AAA players DO NOT have to register online. Upon completion of filling out the PTS online request form returning AAA players may drop off the post-dated cheque to the MMHA office, ATTN: TANYA CROKE

  2. Players who were NOT rostered to a AAA centre in the 2018-19 season must be register online and be paid in full with their home centre (Milton) prior to the PTS form being released. Registration opens APRIL 1st,  2019

  3. Midget Players (2002 and 2003) are not required to register and pay in full prior to picking up the approved PTS form. Please simply fill out the on line form.

  4. If you are offered a AAA spot,  please complete the AAA refund request form under parents corner/forms on the mmha website.

  5.  You will be notified via email when the PTS is ready for pick up. (not before April 10th)
