Minor PeeWee AE Blue Winterhawks raise $3,500 for Tourette Canada
As part of the team's effort to give back to the community, on Saturday, Jan. 6, the Minor PeeWee AE Blue Winterhawks raised $3,500 for Tourette Canada, a registered charity with a mandate to assist individuals impacted by Tourette Syndrome and related conditions, and their families.

To raise funds and awareness, the team hosted a screening of The Rocket, a hockey movie chronicling the life of Maurice "The Rocket" Richard, the first player to score 50 goals in 50 games.  Approximately 130 people came out to the film and participated in the team's silent auction.

The players, coaches and parents of the Minor PeeWee AE Blue Winterhawks would like to thank all those from Milton's great hockey community who attended and contributed to the success of the event.
